VIP Membership Terms and Conditions
- By entering your details, you are joining StarPack’s VIP Members program.
- By joining StarPack’s VIP Members program, members agree to be emailed periodically by StarPack in relation to new sample products that they can receive without charge, in addition to occasional promotions and discounts of StarPack products that we believe may be of interest.
- In accordance with Amazon's updated Terms of Service, reviews are no longer expected in exchange for free products. You are still free to post a review if you choose to do so, and when doing so it should be unbiased and follow Amazon’s guidelines for leaving product reviews. If in doubt, contact Amazon to check.
- While we truly hope all customers enjoy our products, in no way should the fact that the sample is free be perceived as compensation for leaving a positive review.
- To redeem an offered sample product, members must reply to the offer email confirming their willingness and preferred sample product (if a selection has been offered).
- For redeemed offers, StarPack will issue advice on how to obtain the sample product. This may involve coupons, purchasing the product on Amazon for subsequent reimbursement, or providing a shipping address for StarPack to create a fulfilment order
- VIP Members who are not part of the Amazon Prime program may be required to pay for shipping charges at checkout. Members are responsible for all shipping charges (ie StarPack will not refund or credit shipping charges).
- Each coupon code is exclusive to that member’s offer and will expire within 24 hours of issue.
- StarPack reserves the right to create its own fulfillment orders in place of coupons as the method for providing free samples to members. In these cases, members will be required to confirm their shipping address.
- StarPack reserves the right to use product purchase with subsequent reimbursement of the cost of purchase (including standard shipping)
- Members are under no obligation whatsoever to take up any offers in relation to receiving sample products
- StarPack may send up to 2 follow up emails for each order through Amazon's mail system. These are automated and are to ensure you received your order in good condition so please do not take offense.
- All orders and distribution of sample products will be managed through Amazon.com as per normal purchasing practices.
- All shipping and handling of sample products will be managed by Amazon’s Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) service. As such StarPack takes no responsibility for the timely shipping of ordered sample items.
- All inquiries for late or missing sample products must be directed through Amazon as per standard order tracking practices when purchasing on Amazon.
- Sample products released to VIP Test Group members are solely at the discretion of StarPack. We reserve the right not to promote any or all new products to any or all members.
- While StarPack will endeavor to communicate with all affected VIP members if there are any changes to sample products or their promotions, we reserve the right to change or cancel a sample product and/or its promotion without notice and at any time. Likewise we reserve the right to change or cancel all promotion-related coupons without notice and at any time.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will aim to notify you that it has been updated.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you sign up, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at: email@example.com. Every email we send will also contain clear links in the footer to update your subscription preferences (with the ability to easily unsubscribe).

StarPack respects your privacy. We will not share your information with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
