SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • All USA-based orders are shipped directly from our US-based warehouse within 24 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • Your product should arrive within 3 - 8 Business Days.
  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international (non-USA) orders. We hope to have this in place soon.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you’re excited, we are too! The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow up to 2 business days for processing during peak times such as holidays. We are not able to ship orders on weekends or federally observed holidays.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ELIGIBLE ORDERS

Free shipping is only available for orders valued at $40+ (after discounts have been applied), with ship to addresses in the United States. It is also important to note that your order may be shipping in multiple packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we do not ship orders internationally. We hope to offer this service soon.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Your estimated shipping time should be displayed in this email; also using the tracking number and links provided you can visit the carrier’s website and through them you’ll find options to receive live updates about your shipment.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT? 

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed. It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships out, however, once it has shipped, we are unable to intercept it or change any delivery details.  

If the shipping address is wrong, our team will make every effort to assist you if a correction is needed. Please note that address correction may not be possible once package has left our US-based warehouse due to shipping carrier policies.  

LOST AND DAMAGED ORDERS

Regarding any order issue (order content is missing, wrong product shipped, overshipped product, product transit damaged, order not delivered), please  reach out to our customer support team within 5 days of order receipt. You will need to provide additional information regarding your order issue.

In case of product transit damage, please do not tear off the shipping label affixed on the package. You need to provide the pictures of package along with shipping label and pictures of damaged products

If you have received more products than you were supposed to, we will provide you a Free UPS Return Shipping Label.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

We want you to be completely and perfectly satisfied, and that is why we offer a 30-day risk free guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s).

We 100% guarantee your satisfaction through either store credit or your money back - no questions asked (don't get us wrong, we will always want to know what went wrong, but only if you're willing to tell us).


Here's how it works:

  • Contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page or email enquiries@starpackproducts.com.

  • One of our customer service team will help you with the return address and RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

  • Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization with your RMA # from Starpack Customer Support

  • Return your product with the following:
    Address To: ECP Family dba Starpack-Returns
    RMA #: To be provided by our customer support team
    Your Name and Email: Same ones you used to purchase

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and any store credit or refund will be processed. It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your financial institution to refund to your credit card or bank account (debit card).


Please also note:

  • It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays.

  • The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. 

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@starpackproducts.com.
