Instagram Win $50 Voucher Competition Terms and Conditions
This Contest is a creative competition: To be eligible, participants must post an entry on their own personal Instagram account that is in some way related to StarPack’s product range, using StarPack’s brand hashtag #starpackproducts. Entries will be judged by the StarPack Marketing Team and 1 winner selected each week.
Open to US residents only, over the age of 18. This promotion/contest is not endorsed or sponsored in any way by Instagram.
1. Eligibility: The promotion/contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have an active Instagram account, and an active e-mail address. Only entries posted on Instagram are eligible to enter. Previous winners are not eligible to win again until 12 months have passed since their previous winning entry was posted on Instagram.
2. Contest Period – As this is a weekly ongoing contest, the contest period begins on Monday March 2nd 2020, and continues every Monday at 6pm EST (9.30am ACDT) and ends every following Monday at 5.59pm EST (9.29am ACDT), until a final end date is set by StarPack. One winner will be selected weekly, if there is deemed to be a suitable winner by the judges who are the StarPack Marketing team. If there is no suitable winning entry during a particular contest period. StarPack reserves the right not to award a prize during that particular contest period.
3. The Prize – One prize is available to be won each week. The prize is a $50 USD Amazon gift voucher redeemable on StarPack branded products, which are genuine StarPack products sold by StarPack on Amazon. Winners will be asked to provide their full name and valid email address and other details required to deliver the Amazon gift voucher to them. In order to redeem their gift voucher, the winner will need an Amazon.com account. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of vouchers via email. All vouchers will be delivered by email only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on items not sold by StarPack Products.
4. Employees of StarPack Products, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the promotion/contest. Participation in the promotion/contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules"). No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
5. Selection of Winners: Every Tuesday at 10am ACDT, commencing on Tuesday March 10th, all the entries submitted in the eligible contest period will be reviewed, and one entry will be selected as the winner for that contest period. If there are insufficient entries in a contest period, StarPack reserves the right to not select a winner in any particular contest period. The selection of winners will be conducted by StarPack’s Marketing team, whose decisions are final and binding. The winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in each contest period. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. StarPack will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via their Instagram Account messaging service within 5 business days of the selection of winner for that contest period. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or whose entry is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account specified in the entry.. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
7. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to StarPack will be subject to StarPack’s privacy policy posted at https://www.starpackproducts.com/pages/privacy-policy. StarPack will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party.
8. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The promotion/contest is offered by StarPack Products, 680 South Cache St, Unit 100, Jackson WY, 83001. By participating and winning a prize, the winner releases StarPack, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the promotion/contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond StarPack’s control that may cause the promotion/contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion/Contest; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest. StarPack’s decisions in all respects relative to the promotion/contest are final. StarPack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion/contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the promotion/contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. StarPack reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by StarPack in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.
9. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, the Winner consents to the use of his/her name, winning entry and statements attributed to winner for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For a list of prize winners send an email message to su@starpackproducts.com with "Winner's list" as the email subject and contest name specified in the body of the e-mail.
